Hello, I’m Floritza. Welcome to “Wellness Wisdom,” where I share my journey and the new routines, mantras, and lifestyle changes coming in 2025. For 12 years, meditation has transformed my life, and I’m excited to guide you through practices that bring peace and fulfillment.

Every morning, I wake up and meditate for 30 minutes at 7 AM. This practice helps me center myself for the day ahead. I love playing healing frequencies to set a positive tone for the day, reflecting on tasks and setting intentions to stay focused. I also light a candle, do coconut oil pulling, tongue scraping, and brush my teeth to start fresh.

Movement is key, so I incorporate Pilates and yoga for flexibility and strength. These practices not only maintain a healthy lifestyle but also nourish the soul.

I’m excited to announce that in 2025, I’ll be offering private yoga classes to help you deepen your practice, focusing on stretching, movement, and meditation structure. These classes will help you benefit from the same peace and focus I’ve found.
